TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS BY MATARRANZ

Products made to measure by Matarranz may present certain characteristics inherent to the natural materials used in their manufacture, such as variations in grain, texture, knots, or colour. These should not be considered defects or flaws, but rather expected features to be appreciated.

As these are natural products and based on our experience, variations may occur if they are not treated properly. All our products are crafted with a slight allowance in measurement, accounting for the shrinkage margins in both warp and weft inherent to each of the qualities in which they are produced. These margins are provided by the manufacturers of each raw material used in the making, as well as by over 100 years of experience in the home textile sector.

Any action taken by the buyer that contravenes the care instructions provided will exempt the company from responsibility for any resulting misuse.
